How to: Enter data with Template Wizard.
Solution:
Open a new workbook based on the desired template, type the data, and save the workbook with the desired option.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'New...'. (The New dialog box is displayed.)
2) Click the tab containing the desired template.
3) Select the template file.
4) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: A new workbook based on the selected template opens. The file name is the template name followed by a number. The number indicates the number of times the template has been used to create new workbooks during an Excel session.
5) Type data into the workbook.
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save'. (The Template File - Save to Database dialog box appears.)
7) Select the option that defines how the typed data is to be saved:
a) Select the 'Create a new record' radio button to save the workbook and add a new record for the entered data in the linked database.

b) Select the 'Continue without updating' radio button to save the workbook but not add the record to the database.
c) Select the 'Update the existing record' radio button to save the workbook and update changes to the existing records in the database.
NOTE: The first time a workbook is saved, only two options are available. The 'Update the existing record' radio button is not available.
8) Click 'OK'. (The Save As dialog box appears.)
9) Save the workbook.
